The Beginning of ĀBBA

ĀBBA’s concept began as two friends connected over their mutual love for the ocean. Unbeknownst to them, this friendship would spark the beginning of a journey to revolutionize the realm of women's active swimwear.

Recognizing a gap in the market for garments that seamlessly blended comfort and style, they set out to create attire that catered to women across various aquatic activities.

Fueled by a shared passion, they found inspiration in the Abalone shell, it's mesmerizing swirls and vibrant hues serving as a metaphor for the delicate balance between strength and beauty.

Just as the shell shields the abalone, ĀBBA’s wetsuits offer a second skin, safeguarding against the elements encountered during water sports.

ĀBBA’s goal is to empower women to dive fearlessly into their aquatic adventures, embracing the waves with confidence and grace.

Beyond the Suit

Committed to excellence and environmental sustainability, we collaborate with designers to craft exclusive prints and launch our collections in limited quantities to satisfy demand and reduce waste. When selecting partners, from material factories to garment manufacturers, we prioritize those who align with our ethics and sustainability values.

ĀBBA's debut collection is a unique collaboration with Brazilian-based designer Paulina Sabioncello. With materials sourced entirely from Brazil, each garment is crafted using recycled fabrics, ensuring sustainability is at the forefront of the brand's ethos.
