FAQ

Standard Ground Shipping: Allow 5 business days (excluding weekends and national
holidays) for processing before order ships.

We use USPS as our preferred shipping provider. All tracking information will be available in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email used at checkout. You can also visit the USPS tracking page and use your tracking ID to check on its progress.

 Please note:

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

We hope you love your ĀBBA items, but we understand that sometimes a return might be needed. As a small business, we offer exchanges for full-priced items or provide store credit via a gift card, which is valid for six months. To begin the return or exchange process, please follow the steps below.

• Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
• Products must have the original tags and hygienic sticker must be intact.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Once your return is received and inspected your exchange will be processed, or a store credit will be applied within 7 days.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

Exceptions:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 20% or more
- Final sale items
- Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop, or any of our retailers
- Gift cards

• We recommend hand washing all ĀBBA products in cold water.
• Hang dry in the shade.
• Store flat in a dry environment.
